At CTC Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
